For individual or couple appointments, please message us at least 2 hours in advance to change your date. For groups, 24-hour notice is required.
Cancellation & Service Policies
To provide you with the best ancestral experience in Bacalar, please review our terms:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Individual bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. We do not accept cancellations 30 or 60 minutes before the service.
Large Groups: Cancellations for groups must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a group cancels late, a 20% fee will be deducted from the deposit.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your comfort is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the massage, please inform the therapist within the first 10 minutes to cancel the session at no cost. After 10 minutes, the full service fee will apply.
3. Mobile Service (At-Home/Hotel)
Location: Please provide your exact address and a Google Maps pin to ensure our therapists arrive on time.
Arrival: To avoid delays or confusion, we kindly ask that you wait outside your home or hotel entrance to meet the therapists and guide them in.
